Please contact us if you would like to receive our weekly parent email with current and upcoming events.

Each school year we need to have an updated Medical Release form. You can download and print off this form from the FPC forms page. We need to have this form signed and notarized for each student for any retreat they participate in. Also, you can find the Bonclarken Medical Release form there as well. We will need this form for any retreat that is held at the Bonclarken facilities. Thank you.
