Each school year we need to have an updated Medical Release form. You can download and print off this form from the FPC forms page. We need to have this form signed and notarized for each student for any retreat they participate in. Thank you.

   Cost: $70 (deposit $25)
   Deadline for registration: September 8
November 5-7 - Middle School Fall Retreat
   At Bonclarken
   Cost: $70 (deposit $25)
   Deadline for registration: October 17
**Reminder - we must have a deposit by the registration deadline to hold a spot for you**
