Basketball

Come join us in the Family Life Center for a good time of basketball and fellowship with others in our community.

Several opportunites are available:

Youth Basketball Teams

For all children and youth grades 2 through 12. Practice one night per week with one game per week, usually on Saturdays. The season will begin in early November with practices and conclude in mid-February with the season ending tournaments for each division. Cost is $45 per player with a maximum of $125 per family.

First Presbyterian Church is dedicated to guiding students to a more committed relationship with Christ as they develop socially, physically, and spiritually. Athletics provide a unique environment for demonstrating and teaching the virtues of self-control, patience, love, service, respect for authority, ethics, leadership, hard work, and dedication, as they relate to the teachings of Jesus Christ and Biblical principles.

Men’s Basketball

Every Tuesday night from February to November, men ages 40+ play between 5:30 and 7:15 p.m.

Every Thursday night from February to November, men Under 40 play between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m.

*during the youth basketball season Men's Basketball takes a hiatus. (November through mid-February)

Women's Basketball

For women ages 16 and older. Every Tuesday evening from 7:15 until 9:00 p.m. in the Family Life Center.
